Danielle has begun the last medical treatment available to attempt to slow down the deterioration of her muscles and nerves and the subsequent complications, all of which cause her a great deal of pain. Currently, this treatment involves taking daily immunosuppressant medication and undergoing IVIG infusion treatments every 3 weeks. Her immune system was limiting the effectiveness of the infusion treatments, and by suppressing it, there is hope they will be more beneficial. However, the immunosuppressant will leave her body extremely vulnerable to infection. Please pray with us for peace and protection for Danielle, and for a constant awareness of God’s abiding love.
